easyPerfect recipe for the cold, rainy winter days, I also think that the recipe brings Christmas vibes, what do you say? I thought it was absolutely delicious and it went in the oven really quickly. There was also a vanilla pudding, but of course you could also use yogurt, Skyr or low-fat quark.
Ingredients
1/2 pack of high protein pudding vanilla
chopped almonds or other nuts
some water
chunky flavor vanilla
cinnamon
1 tbsp nut butter
30g oat flakes
1 apple
Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the βtopβ of the apple. carefully peel the apple with a knife and spoon (you need a little patience :d).
Step 2
Prepare the filling: mix the oat flakes, cinnamon, nut butter, sweetener with a splash of water until a sticky mass is formed. fill the apple with the oatmeal mixture and close with the lid.
Step 3
Put it in a baking pan, add a little water (so that the apple becomes nice and soft) and place in the preheated oven at approx.
Step 4
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. for the high protein vanilla pudding, bring approx. 150 ml of milk to the boil and pour in the powder while stirring constantly, stir vigorously and leave to stand.
Step 5
As soon as the apple is ready, remove it from the oven and place it on a plate with the protein pudding or yoghurt. top with nuts and more cinnamon and enjoy. i think it tastes best warm.
