This rice pudding is perfect for rainy, cozy days in autumn and tastes super delicious. A few days ago I had a craving for rice pudding and whipped up this delicious bowl, perfect for cold days ✨ I made the rice pudding with high protein so that it keeps you full for longer. If you don't use protein powder then just leave out this step, it tastes exactly the samešŸ«¶šŸ»

Ingredients

20g neutral protein powder

white almond coconut chunky

30g raspberries

250ml milk

62g short grain rice

Instructions

Step 1

First you boil the milk together with the sweetness of your choice (not too long, it's enough when the milk is hot, you can check it with your finger).

Step 2

Then add the rice and mix everything together. turn down the heat and let the rice pudding cook with the lid on for about 20 minutes.

Step 3

Stir frequently so that nothing sticks. if you use protein powder, take the pot off the heat and add the protein powder and if necessary.

Step 4

A dash of milk, stir and you're done. if you don't use protein powder, simply skip this step. then bring the raspberries to the boil and add them to the warm rice pudding.
