Peanut Butter Jelly Porridge 🫶🏻

perfect combination of sweet and salty, I actually used to eat it very often and yesterday it happened again!🤩

Ingredients

dark chocolate

30g protein powder

250ml water

50g oat flakes

2 scoops chunky flavor vanilla

200g frozen raspberries

2 tsp peanut butter

1 teaspoon psyllium husk

Instructions

Step 1

Bring the water to the boil with the oat flakes and psyllium husks.

Step 2

When the desired consistency is reached, stir in the sweet and peanut butter. then stir in the protein powder.

Step 3

If you don't use protein powder, just skip this step.

Step 4

If necessary, add a little more liquid and mix well.

Step 5

Pour the porridge into a bowl and set aside.

Step 6

Bring the frozen raspberries to the boil in a pot and add them to the porridge. decorate with 2 pieces of dark chocolate and peanut butter and enjoy 😍😍
